Tommy helped me buy my house and sell it. Buying a house on the edge of foreclosure dealt with both sellers and bank to make it happen and quickly with no pain. Hooked me up with a great lending agent and homeowners insurance. Selling the house years later he was able to get it to market quickly and quickly got an offer in changing market. Tommy was amazing to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and he explained everything to us along the way. It was extremely beneficial having Tommy walk through prospective houses with us as he saw things (i.e. mold & water damage) that didn't immediately catch our eye. He always went above and beyond for us; he went into the crawl space for one of the houses and on multiple occasions, offered to go into the attic to determine the age of a roof.
